Bruins Struck By Lightning

The Bruins fell once again in Florida by a score of 4-3. A tied game late in the third period, a delay of game penalty by Andrew Ference opened the door for Tampa Bay to jump ahead with about a minute and a half left in the game. Scoring for the Bruins was Zdeno Chara, Andrew Ference, and the oft-snake bitten Phil Kessel, who snapped a 14 game scoreless skid.

Penalty Box: This one is obvious for anyone who watched the final few minutes. The hilarity of Manny Fernandez falling down TWICE en route to the bench for the extra skater takes the cake for today's penalty box.

The Bruins will open a six game home stand (desperately needed in my opinion) on Tuesday when last Saturday's foe the Florida Panthers return the visit. Early reports have Michael Ryder possibly making a return from his facial fracture surgery...
